Questions or concerns regarding Reemployment Assistance must be directed to the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) at 1 (800) 204-2418. DEO has expanded the Reemployment Assistance Contact Center hours. The contact center is operational from 7 AM to 8 PM EST on Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM to 4 PM EST on Saturdays. The contact center is also operational on Sundays from 9:00am to 4:00pm EST.
